Re: Rule 411 and 440　　411条と440条の解釈について

Dear all,　　各位 

There was a confusing about face off spot under the situation as follows.
以下の状況下におけるフェイスオフスポットについて混乱がありました。

Situation: Referee raised arm for penalty delayed call against Team B No.15.
Team A tried to pull of GK for six men attack but it was an illegal substitution and linesman blow the whistle. 
状況：レフェリーがBチームの15番に対するディレイドペナルティコールのために手を挙げた。
　　　Aチームはゴールキーパーをプレイヤーと交代させ、攻撃しようとした。
　　　しかし、ゴールキーパーと選手の交代が早すぎたため、ラインズマンがホイッスルを吹いた。

Question: Where the face off will take place?
質問：フェイスオフはどこで行われるのか

　　Casebook for Rule 411 and Rule 440 doesn't describe this situation.
　　ケースブックの411条と440条の解説は、この状況について説明しておりません。

440 explains about 4 exceptions after the penalty call and the face off will take a place different from 
　　that of regular situation but GK illegal substitution is not mentioned.
440条はペナルティコールの後に行うフェイスオフスポットについて、4つの例外を規定していますが、
　　　早すぎたゴールキーパーの交代はそれに含まれていません。

Ruling: Next face off will take a place at Team B's End zone face off spot.
